Shiv is a seasoned executive leader specialising in strategic and operational management, with a robust background in driving digital transformation for companies within the financial services, technology, media, and broadcasting sectors. With a career spanning over two decades, Shiv has accumulated extensive leadership experience across a spectrum of organisations, from startups to Fortune 500 global businesses.

Currently, Shiv serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Data Officer at Wrisk, positions held since March 2022 and May 2021, respectively. Prior to these roles, Shiv was a Strategic Advisor to Wrisk. His strategic insights and leadership have significantly contributed to Wrisk's growth and success in simplifying insurance.

Shiv's diverse professional journey includes advisory roles at Saiyarti and zeotap, and executive positions at Drayson Technologies Ltd and Brave Bison. Notably, he has also served as the Director of Products & Innovation at AOL, and as an Assistant Manager in Analytics at GE Capital.
